WEAVER FAIRVIEW RETAIL LLC develops Baofu, an e-commerce operations application that uses authorized TikTok Shop APIs to support merchant shop management.

Planned product functions

  • Shop authorization and shop information: connect seller-authorized shops and retrieve permitted shop details.
  • Product management: read and update authorized product information where the merchant has granted the required permissions.
  • Order and fulfillment: retrieve authorized order information and support fulfillment, logistics and delivery-status workflows.
  • Returns and refunds: support authorized return and refund workflows for merchant operations.
  • Finance and analytics: retrieve permitted finance information and shop analytics for operational reporting.
  • Promotions: retrieve authorized promotion information when enabled for the merchant.

Data handling principles

  • Access data only after valid seller authorization and only within approved API scopes.
  • Use TikTok Shop data only to provide the features requested by the authorized merchant.
  • Do not sell TikTok Shop API data.
  • Do not disclose platform data to unauthorized third parties.
  • Restrict access to authorized personnel and systems with a legitimate business need.
  • Protect credentials and tokens on the server side and do not expose App Secrets or seller access tokens in frontend code.
  • Retain and delete data in accordance with applicable platform requirements, contractual obligations and law.
